SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

​

We ship via the local courier with tracking number within Hong Kong.  Worldwide shipment is shipped via DHL or whichever postal service is most economical, for any further questions please email us at happy@roxyboxy.com

Orders made after 3pm (Hong Kong time) are sent out the following day.​

​

If you want your order to arrive before a specific date, please leave us a message on the comment box.  If we cannot guarantee it to arrive before that date, the party box won't be sent and we will reinserts you within 72 hours.  

​

During busy seasons such as Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Christmas and New Years.  Please place your order two weeks in advance to ensure that we can deliver it to your door or office on or before the festive date.  

​

If you need a faster delivery time, during the low season, please message us on the comment box at the checkout section to let us know. We'll contact you and will try our best to accommodate.

​

Self pickup at our Tsuen Wan warehouse is also available.  Please contact us via happy@roxyboxy.com to arrange a pick up time.


Return & Exchange Policy

​

1. If the product or products have a defect or is damaged. Please send us a photo to happy@roxyboxy.com and we will send you a replacement the next day.

​

2. The party box never arrived. All our deliveries have tracking number. If our provider confirms that the product was never delivered to the address or was returned to us, we will reimburse you within 72h or send you a new one, depending on what you wish to do. 

​

3. The party box arrived late. If you paid for the specific date delivery and the party box arrives later. We will reimburse you the cost of the delivery. 

​

4. If the wrong party box was sent, please return the party box to us and email us at happy@roxyboxy.com.   We'll reimburse you within 72h or will send you a new party box, depending on what you wish to do.
