SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We deliver every day of the week, Monday to Sunday. Orders made after 3pm are sent out the following day.​

If you want your order to be shipped out on a specific date, please leave us a message on the comment box.  We will write a note on the package to ensure the receiver to open it on a specific date if you mini surprise arrived early.  

During busy seasons such as Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Christmas and New Years.  Please place your order a week in advance to ensure that we can deliver it to his/her door or her office on or before the festive date.  

If you need a faster delivery time, during the low season, please message us on the comment box at the checkout section to let us know. We'll contact you and will try our best to accommodate.


Return & Exchange Policy

1. If the product had a defect, was severely deflated or damaged. Please send us a photo to happy@roxyboxy.com and we'll reimburse you within 72h or will send you a new balloon, depending on what you wish to do.

2. The balloon never arrived. All our deliveries have tracking number. If our provider confirms that the product was never delivered to the address or was returned to us, we will reimburse you within 72h. 

3. The balloon arrived late. If you paid for the specific date delivery and the balloon arrives later. We will reimburse you the cost of the delivery. 

4. If the wrong balloon was sent.  Please send us a photo to happy@roxyboxy.com and we'll reimburse you within 72h or will send you a new balloon, depending on what you wish to do.
